The Truman Show

This four-week series is based on the movie The Truman Show. As you move through the lessons your teens will learn about 1) true friendships; 2) the biblical concept of marriage and commitment; 3) life-changing encounters and the search for answers; and 4) truth and reality.

Lesson 1: Phony Friendship--This lesson will help teens understand the difference between authentic and fake friendships. (Psalm 41:9; Proverbs 26:24; John 15:12-15)

Lesson 2: Real Love--This lesson will help teens understand the biblical concept of marriage, and the importance of commitment. (Matthew 19:3-10; Hebrews 13:4)

Lesson 3: The Sky is Falling!--This lesson will help teens understand that we all encounter life-changing moments that cause us to question our world, rethink our purpose, and search for answers. (Acts 9:1-9; 1 Peter 2:25)

Lesson 4: Looking for True-Man--This lesson will help your students begin thinking about truth and reality, and their perception of both. (Ephesians 5:6-10; John 8:30-36).
