Product Summary

This four week series on The Princess Bride is about living a God-loving life. As you move through the lessons you will learn about 1) the value of accepting God's gift of salvation; 2) trusting God with our lives and surrendering to His will; 3) growing in our faith toward spiritual maturity; and 4) serving God with our lives as an act of love.

Lesson 1: Accepting the Gift--To show that in order to live a God-loving life we must first accept God's gift of eternal life and salvation through faith in Jesus Christ. (John 3:16; John 4:7-10; Romans 6:23; 1 John 3:16)

Lesson 2: Trusting God with Your Whole Life--To show that living a God-loving life means you trust God with everything big and small. God wants what's best for us so, we can trust Him with everything: our past, present, and future. (Proverbs 3:5-6; Romans 12:1-2; 1 Peter 2:24; Matthew 5:20)

Lesson 3: Learning to Live a Holy Life--To identify how spiritual growth has developed in our lives and to challenge youth to commit to a holy lifestyle of devotion to God. (Romans 12:11; Ephesians 4:11-16; 1 Corinthians 13:11; Hebrews 5:11-6:2)

Lesson 4: It's Not About You, It's About Service to God and Others--To show that living a life that shows the world that God loves them is one that puts others first. It is polite, respectful, hospitable, selfless, and not about you. As You Wish = Not my will but Yours be done. (Matthew 25:40; Luke 22:42; Romans 12:9-13; Philippians 2:2-4)
