Quarterly Canadian Shipment FAQs
What is the quarterly Canadian shipment?
Once a quarter, we send a shipment containing multiple orders into Canada. After the shipment has cleared the Canadian border, the individual orders are sent from Winnipeg to the customer’s address via Canada Post. The customer pays only the Canada Post shipping cost from Winnipeg to their address.
How does the quarterly Canadian shipment work?
Throughout the quarter, The Foundry collects orders where the customer has selected Quarterly Canadian Shipment as the shipping method. At the designated ship date (see schedule below), The Foundry fills the orders that have accumulated during the quarter and ships them together to a mail service in Winnipeg. After clearing customs, the individual orders are then shipped via Canada Post to the customer’s address. The customer is charged only the shipping cost from Winnipeg to their address.
How much shipping do I pay if my order is sent with the quarterly Canadian shipment?
If you select Quarterly Canadian Shipment as the shipping method for your order, you will pay only the Canada Post shipping cost from Winnipeg to your address.

How do I get my order included in the quarterly Canadian shipment?
During checkout, select the shipping method labeled “Quarterly Canadian Shipment.” Your order will be held until the next Order Submission Date (see above schedule) and then included in that quarter’s Canadian shipment.
If ordering by phone, please ask the Customer Care representative to ship your order via the quarterly Canadian shipment.
What items are eligible for the quarterly Canadian shipment?
Any items can be shipped via the quarterly Canadian shipment—as long as you can wait for the next shipment.
What if I can’t wait for the quarterly shipment?
If you cannot wait for the next quarterly shipment, you can choose another shipping method to arrive in time for your needs. In this case, you would be responsible for the shipping costs for the entire journey from The Foundry’s fulfillment center in Nashville, Tennessee, to your address.
